Public transport
One of the primary issues with our public transport system is the lack of cleanliness in vehicles and at bus stands. Accessibility is another significant challenge, particularly for individuals with disabilities or special needs. Almost all public transport vehicles lack ramps and designated seating areas for special persons, making it difficult for these individuals to be able to move around independently. Furthermore, long waiting times and irregular schedules disrupt travel plans, and cause inconvenience to the commuters, especially during peak hours. Taking measures to enhance the efficiency of operations and improve service reliability is essential for addressing these issues and enhancing the overall commuter experience.
