The Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BBISE) in Quetta abruptly postponed the intermediate exams. The announcement came at a time when the students had already reached their examination centres. The disappointed students went back to their respective cities. After some days, the board issued another notice about the fresh date of exams. How can the students now afford to travel to their examination centres again in such a short duration?
