SHOPKEEPERS, restaurants owners and caterers, vendors selling vegetables and fruits etc. have occupied the entire footpath and most of the roads in various blocks of Federal B Area.

The more daring of these encroachers are so brazen that they have set up ovens (tandoors) right on footpaths creating problems for pedestrians and residents.

The deputy commissioner of Central district should visit the main markets of Blocks 14 to 20 and see for himself the situation and order remedial measures.
