THERE are many restaurants along the thoroughfare from North Nazimabad Five Star Chowrangi to Ayesha Manzil. Many of these eateries have no proper seating arrangement and usually serve their customers by setting tables along the service road and on the green belt and side streets.

This is all happening in a neighbourhood that is entirely residential which is adding to the miseries of people living in this locality. There is no proper parking space where customers could park their cars properly. There is severe traffic congestion from 7 pm to midnight on weekends and national holidays.

I request the authorities concerned to take some necessary action in this regard.
