I am concerned over the upcoming visit of the Chinese prime minister which is scheduled in mid-October. Even in a family affair, the news of any visit or activity is kept confidential till the actual time arrives. But this news was released to the media much before the scheduled date. Was this necessary? Should the dates of the visit not be kept confidential for security reasons?
