Unlike earlier times when the pursuit of knowledge was the primary goal, the greatest challenge for modern man, particularly in this age of artificial intelligence (AI), is managing the overwhelming influx of information. This challenge can be effectively overcome through soft skills. These include the ability to critically evaluate, filter and manage relevant information, as well as to communicate, collaborate and adapt in diverse settings. Soft skills enable individuals to make informed decisions and add real value to their lives. Therefore, the education system should focus on developing and polishing soft skills in students because soft skills are a prerequisite of the age we are living in.
